Missing Microsoft Teams files error

Hi i have a few departments at our organization that can't access teams files under certain channels. I have tried to get the users to Sign-in / out many times, i also deleted the Teams Local Cache under appdata and relaunch teams, no luck. You can see this files in sharepoint at times, which is a good work-around but sometimes they are missing from SharePoint as well.
