Missed Conversation Email issues
Hi,
I am having issues with Teams and I cant figure out what is causing it. When I have teams open and chatting with someone from work it Teams works fine. When I minimize Teams or Tab out to do work, I do not see responses from chats and instead it is sending emails saying missed conversations to Outlook when someone messages me.
- hmm, Can you right click the teams icon and see what presence you have ? if you are available you should get emails. try set it to available or any other status than do not disturb from the taskbar and see if that helps

I can see it on my dual monitors when its not selected and the status is green and set to available. Also when minimized and hovering over Teams in the system tray says available also. It is still sending some messages straight to email, without any indication that someone messaged me.
