Microsot team unable to switch to organization in android App

hi all,

first thanks for help in advanced

i download Microsoft team on my android phone and sign in with my new business account created in Microsoft team

• when to come of choose between my organization and personal, i choose my organization and get this error " unable to switch to org, try again"
• when i choose personal it load find
• when try to switch organizations i get same error
• when try another account but the sign up from android , i got the same error
• when try invitation i got the same error

so ... any new ideas

notes:

• my mobile is infinix not 7 , 6 ram , 128 memory
• android 10
