Microsoft Teams

I wanted to know if anyone has seen an issue with Teams, where Teams opens up and says it needs to update and when I click on the update button and download the .exe and run it, just keeps in loop.  I then looked on the pc and noticed that there are two Teams, one is an App which works and the other one just says Teams and when you click on that one, it prompts for the update.
