Microsoft Teams

I am having troubles in login in into my Microsoft Teams account. When I tried to log in to Teams it asks me to put down a verification text code, but I am currently overseas. Is there any way I can receive verification codes through emails ?

    Brian1765 Hi, these are the configurable options for MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). Reach out to your IT admin to work around your current situation, ex. "bypass MFA once".
