Microsoft Teams

I have some problems with Microsoft Teams. I have installed the app with my macbook but when I write my university email address the app don't load well and I can read only this text "Microsft Teams...

AlessandroIorioI wonder if you have tried these options;

 

1. Click Go > Go To Folder.

2. Then negative to the following folder and delete them to see if it helps.

~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.teams 

~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.teams.shipit 

~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams

    Yes I know that, but I don't have this folders. If I go to Caches, I don't have "Teams" folder and the same if I go to Support Application/Microsoft
