Microsoft teams voice licencing question

Hi,

For users you need E1 or E3 + Phone System license or E5 to get PSTN calling features in Teams.

For Call Queues and Auto Attendants you only need the Phones System - Virtual User license. These are included when you buy and assign Phone System licenses to users.

For that voicemail user you need E3 + Phone System or E5, your could also use E1 + Exchange Online Plan 2 + Phone System.
