Microsoft Teams, Unable to upload Files Shared channel
Hello all,
I configured shred channel for one of my client last friday and the extrnal users cannot upload via file via a conversation, it says tha sharepoint site is not available.
When somes external users try to open the file tab in the conversation they have an error like "Sorry we have a problem, Retry or refresh the page, PrefetchFailure(FetchTokenFromTeams (TeamsAuthFailure))
Oddly, they have access to sharepoint site linked to the shared channel if they open it in a web browser and can upload files. and the problem is not for all external users.
Can somebody help?
Best regards
- JameswalterCopper ContributorIf you're having trouble uploading files to Microsoft Teams meetings or chats, you should check if the services are temporarily down or unreachable. As discussed, Microsoft uses SharePoint and OneDrive for Business to cater to all your file sharing needs.

They should contact their own IT department for support, but I would suggest clearing the cache etc. They could verify this by accessing by the browser version of Teams, this can also be a workaround in the meantime
- DeletedIt means that the share has been deleted or removed.
