Microsoft Teams Rooms showing an Early Access R3.6 badge on all devices
Hi, all our MTR setups show an Early Access R3.6 badge. We never enabled that or changed the policy in the Teams Admin Portal. Can I disable that?

- ReneWaselBrass ContributorThe same behavior on our side, ticket is opened.
- BenWilliamsUKBrass ContributorOurs was resolved. Turns out our tenant setting was set to targeted release for everyone which by wording "everyone", was including our resource accounts.
In V5 of the Teams App, a change in behaviour was implemented to detect this and display the R3.6 badge. The link they provided me was https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/admin/manage/release-options-in-office-365?view=o365-worldwide#set-up-the-release-option-in-the-admin-center
This is why it's only showing for people after updating to V5 and not on the older 4. versions.
Changing the setting to targeted release for selected users and letting it update over 24/48 hours removed the badge from all our MTRs.
- BenWilliamsUKBrass ContributorWhich version did you update to when you found this happening? We're seeing the same behaviour after updating to 5.0.111 and 5.0.230

BenWilliamsUK 5.0.111. I didn’t update manually. We are using MTR Pro Management with General ring.
- BenWilliamsUKBrass ContributorThat's interesting, thank you. Ours are updating through their normal process, we haven't fully moved to Pro Management yet but seeing the same behaviour. I have a case open with Microsoft but they're still investigating.
