Microsoft Teams Room Pro license includes Exchange Online?
Hello everyone,
yesterday i created a new ressource account for one of our new mtr's. We licensed the room with a microsoft teams room pro license and configured some settings.
When we logged into the yealink panel, it shows the message that the ressource account can't access the calender.
Do we need to buy a extra exchange online license for that room?
NicoleWiske You don't need any additional licenses beyond the Teams Room Pro, the room should be a room mailbox in Exchange that doesn't need a license.

By any chance is the UPN for the room different to the primary email address? They need to be the same.
