Microsoft Teams Recording

Hi

Is there a definitive list of recording parameters in a Teams meeting. When you can or cant record ie if you haven't set the meeting up you can't record, or you can record through an instant  meeting in chat regardless of who set the meeting up, and so on??

    You can always record a meeting but only internal users and also dependent on the meeting policy If they are allowed or not
