Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account subscription

I am trying to buy Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account, but cannot find this subscription at: Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Purchase services > Add-ons.

What is the reason for that?

    AtanasM Any joy with finding the 'Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account' licenses?  I also can't find any, so am having to allocate a Teams Phone License.

      TKeane I found that if the Phone System license was purchased by a partner, the 'Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account' add-on should be also purchased by a partner.
