1. Can Microsoft 365 Personal support 300 users in a meeting?
   The short answer is: it depends on what "300 users" means.
   Microsoft 365 Personal supports meetings with up to 300 participants for up to 30 hours. So if the goal is to host a meeting or call with 300 people, then yes, Personal works, but only for meetings scheduled via the calendar.
   However, if the goal is to give 300 people their own Teams accounts under one organizational plan, Microsoft 365 Personal is the wrong product entirely. Enterprise plans are for organizations with more than 300 users or those needing advanced compliance, analytics, and voice features. For up to 300 licensed users in a business, the right options are the **Microsoft 365 Business** plans (Basic, Standard, or Premium).
2. The country/billing issue (only US available)
   This is a known limitation with Microsoft 365 Personal. It is tied to a personal Microsoft account, and the billing country is set at account creation. If the user is outside the US, they likely need to purchase through their local Microsoft regional site (e.g., microsoft.com for their country), or contact Microsoft Support to resolve the country mismatch.
