Microsoft teams overrides laptop microphone mute button.
Somehow, Microsoft teams in-application mute button is in sync with my in-built keyboard+windows microphone mute. Most other apps do not override this inbuilt mute button. Is there any reason for Microsoft teams to have this feature? It is very annoying, and is there any way to stop this? I really want to have a backup button to make sure my microphone is muted, no other video conference app overrides the feature, only teams!
- It's a feature, it prevents the infamous double mute! I love it, don't have to go find all of the mute buttons to unmute.
It doesn't override the local button, they become one in the same
