I'm having the exact same problem. So the ONLY solution is to wipe my OS and re-install all my software? That seems rather drastic for what is clearly a Microsoft Team problem that apparently hasn't been resolved??
I'd rather NOT use MS Teams than wipe a perfectly good PC and spend weeks re-installing Visual Studio and the 1000's of other mission critical applications I use that ARE working perfectly fine ... it's just that MS Teams with the problem, not my OS.
