Microsoft Teams not sending webinar confirmation emails to some registrants

Hello,

We host weekly webinars and one of our clients had multiple people state that they registered for the webinar but never received the confirmation email with the link. I tried to register from my personal device and I did receive a confirmation email. So it is working for some people and not others. Does this have to do with their security settings?
