To use your business and personal account on same Microsoft teams App.
Firstly, please clear cache and update the Teams app, this can fix some common issues.

Great response but on the mac it does not work this way at this moment. I hope the new Teams app for mac will come so it will be possible

- You can definitely use the business teams on mac. But the new teams client is not there hopefully it comes soon.
