Hi, are the users within your O365 tenant, or are they external? If external, do you have guest access allowed for the Team?

I think they have Microsoft Exploratory Licence only under o365 e1.
I can not tell you more because of my Upgradation processing, so I can not login into my admin panel.Have the users only tried this using the Teams App on mobile device? Do they get the same issue if they try via browser at teams.microsoft.com?
Oh, also, when they login to Teams, do they get the option to choose "Work or school account" or "personal account"?
They need to choose work or school account if they get a choice like that?
- No, they don't. I think I am registering them in my org. That is why.
I am new to this software so I don't know much about this.
