Microsoft teams for iPad 6

Dear friends
I have downloaded Microsoft teams app
On iPad 6 for remote e learning classes
for my child.

The video on Microsoft teams intitially comes than stops. SWhen my daughter logs in on samsung Android phone it works fine.


Please need your help in this regard
