Almost 12 months later it finally works for me as well.
Still on the iPad but have been "forced" to use PC whenever we have longer meetings.

Have only tried at home on my HP 27-inch with built in camera. Unfortunately I will not be able to test it on my Studio Display until beginning of Nov.

I'm on iPad Pro 6:th generation and IOS 18.1
Teams 6.19.2

Try plugging the webcam directly into the port on the ipad, test bypassing the dongle. I haven’t had any problems with a few different hubs, used a dell, Saatchi hub, and apple pro XDR display’s hub, all worked fine.

  I can confirm that I am working with my USB-Hub and both webcams. All work well! Very excited!
