Microsoft Teams escaping underscores in text

Hi Team,
I have following function in ruby to send aws logs to microsoft team channel through webhook. Some text contains underscore signs like connection_web but appears like connectionweb in MS teams. How to get the exact output ?

    I don't know how to get around it with what you are doing, but for anyone else that has this problem in just writing messages in Teams, I wrote what I wanted to say in Notepad++, then copied and pasted it into the chat. It worked great.
