Microsoft Teams enable to access camera and mic

Hello everyone,

Recently, I've been having an issue where MS Teams keeps asking for permissions to access my microphone and camera. I've set my computer to always grant these types of permissions to desktop apps, and Teams is installed as a desktop application.

When I first encountered this error, I cleared the application's cache and restarted it as an administrator, but that didn't work.

The only solution that seems to work is to uninstall and reinstall the app, but I have to do this daily, which is far from ideal.

Does anyone have any advice?
