Started getting the same issue after setting up MS Teams on new Lenovo laptop. since last 10 hours my router haven't crashed yet after setting up lower MTU size on windows 11.
netsh interface ipv4 show interfaces
netsh interface ipv4 set interface "1" mtu=1448 store=persistent
//interface "id" would be the current active adapter to connect with internet i.e. either Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
