Microsoft Teams crashes my entire Internet connection after starting a meeting

Hello Jared327 This is something you'll definitely want to report to our https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum?sort=LastReplyDate&dir=Desc&tab=All&status=all&mod=&modAge=&advFil=&postedAfter=&postedBefore=&threadType=All&isFilterExpanded=false&page=1 tech support site.
I know this thread is 4 years old, but I too have had similar issues to what you are describing. I have recently however noticed something that seems to have helped the issue quite a bit. When I was connected to my 5ghz Wi-Fi network (which was about 3 times better speeds than my screenshot below) I would always have trouble with Teams. However I have switched to the 2.4ghz network and have yet to have any major issues, i can normally go an hour or two without any connection drops. I know that many will say "well that's obvious, 5ghz network is less stable" but I game and stream music simultaneously without ever having dropouts or lag, so I know it's nothing to do with that.
for this to work, you need to have split signals and not combined as that will cause problems.
It may not be a fix for yourself, especially if you are trying wired connections and still having those issues, but I thought id give my 2 cents on this if it can help at least someone as it has done for me
