I was having a similar issue. Teams / Skype / Google Meet calls crashing my internet, and it seemed to be worse when I shared a screen or had camera on. I isolated the problem to a USB-c hub I was using to bring internet / monitor / headset connections to my computer. The device spec. did not support the dual monitor at anything above 30 Hz refresh. I upgraded to a Dell hub with adequate spec. (5x the price) and the problem seems to be resolved.
