Microsoft Teams Cloud Voice

Service scoped is Microsoft's default dial plan.
Tenant scoped is your tenants default dial plan
User scoped is a plan you assign to a user.

Another thing - In SfB on prem we have Response Groups configuration.
Do we have something like that in Teams Voice?

msabat we don't have response groups but you can typically achieve the same using either a Call Queues or a Call Group.

Yes but from documentation these don't work with direct routing

msabat You can use Auto Attendant and Call Queues with Direct Routing numbers. You have create a resource account and assign a DR-number to that resource account.
