Microsoft Teams call forwarding
Hi everyone!
Wondering if Microsoft Teams will allow call forwarding through three different users/numbers?
As part of a change
For example DDI 1 and DDI 2 needs to be forwarded to DDI 3. DDI 3 has group call delegation enabling either User1 and User2 to pick up calls.
I directly called DDI 3 and this successfully went to the voicemail since User1 and User2 did not answer - which was expected, however when I directly called DDI1 or DDI2, these did not connect.
Would someone be able to advise if the 'triple' call forwarding is possible? Thank you!
Honestly, I would hang up before it would roll to the second, let alone third number
