Microsoft Teams Application mis-match

Hello

For some bizarre reason, when accessing Microsoft Teams via the desktop app, it does not appear to be 'in sync' correctly, in respect for example i have a wiki tab and onenote tabs in my channels but they do not show in the Teams Desktop app or when accessing the web app via Internet explorer

If i go to https://teams.microsoft.com in google chrome, i see all my channels and tabs as i expect

Surely something is not right here
