Microsoft Teams - Notifications of missed message and calls
One of the issues I have with Teams is that if I get up from my computer and leave for a little bit, on my return I can't see the missed messages or calls I have had without opening the app up and seeing the activity? Whereas in skype it opens as a new window and remains flashing on our taskbar so as you can see the missed notification, there is no way to see it with Teams? Any help would be appreciated!
- can you have a look in the registry waht value is set? Dator\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\ForeGroundFlashCount

- Then that it’s not the issue
- It will show a flashing teams icon til you open up the app!
Soon Teams can also use the windows notifications! There you can set the banners that appear during a chat or call won’t disappear.
Adam- Thanks for the prompt reply Adam, unfortunately this is not showing for me. I have checked the notification settings in the app but they seems to be set correctly. Seems like an issue my end so if you get the flashing teams icon.
