Microsoft Teams - Convert a Team into a Channel

Question

Hi All,&nbsp;&nbsp;Do you know if it is possible to take a team and convert it into a channel then make that channel part of another team? Keeping all history of the team in the process?&nbsp;Kind Regards,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

IMHO due to how Teams have been designed, I don't think this feature will be  considered for development.
