Microsoft Teams - Android App Server Error

Hello,

I get an error through the Microsoft Teams Android App. I am wondering if anyone gets this error also? or if anyone has had this issue before and knows a solution. I have sent an error report through the teams app and await their reply.

Currently using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, with up to date Teams app installed.

I do not get this error through a web browser, or when logging in through an Ipad with ios teams app.

I do get this error when logging in with a different android device.

I do get this error when installing a previous version of the app.

I can still download the file (using the 3 vertical dots) externally.

I am also in another Organisation, when using this organisation this error does not show up. PDF files open with no issue. This to me would suggest the organisation setting/security is different.

I have attempted the following

• Cleared Cache (app).
• Reset database (app).
• Clear temporary files (app).
• Remove myself from all teams and rejoin the teams.
• re-install app.
• log out and log back in.

I have attached the error screen shot.

I am an admin of the organisation, so I have access to everything.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated, as I am running out of things to try.
