Microsoft Team Installing Problem

Hello, I have a problem installing the Microsoft team desktop version. I install the desktop version from the web browser version. After installing the application, it will be displayed as shown in the following figure. I used the desktop version before, but after a period of inactivity, it turned into the picture below. I have a reinstalled application, but it still shows my same display screen. I had to reinstall the application several times, but it was the same.
