Microsoft Planner in Teams

We use Microsoft Planner for our Scrumbord and also for our Backlog. We want to copy items from the backlog to our scrumbord. That works fine when you're only in one team, but we have multiple teams, so it's not easy to select the right Scrumbord. This is because when you change names in the Chanal of Buckets, teams doesn't recognise these changes. Is there a way that Teams does recognise these changes?
