Microphone not working Windows 10

It's not you and there's probably nothing you can do to make it work. Teams is just very buggy as far as device support. You have to try different devices until something works. I have numerous microphones and headsets and only a couple work with Teams. I've never seen anyone have a problem with sound on the mobile app on a phone though so that's a good fallback option.
