I had the same issue with my MS Teams certified Poly V4320, on Windows 11. Every time I was silent in the call and start speaking, the first 2 seconds was not audible for the other people, very annoying. The problem was only happeing in Teams.
After many tries, I solved the problem by disabling the "Audio enhancements" in System > Sound > Properties of my microphone.
