Members cannot chat with the bot

Hello,

I have installed free subscription package of Microsoft teams. I have integrated QnA azure bot in teams. I can chat with the bot in teams (I am the owner), but my members do not have access to chat with the bot. Do I have to upgrade my package so my members can also chat with the bot? Or I have to do some other task.
