Meetings Deleting Files

Hello,

 

I have a group that has a standing meeting every week. We've used it as a place to save files directly. I'd like to remove an old file with inaccurate data on it, but I'm not given the option when I select the three dots on the right. I can only "open in", link, or download. I tried having the original creator delete it from their OneDrive, but it's still showing. 

 

Why can't we delete the file? This is very problematic.

    Hello!
    I guess the file was shared using OneDrive as you mentioned it.
    I tested and you are right, Open in, Download and Copy Link are the options available.
    What I did to stop sharing the file was go to the users OneDrive and stop sharing that file and then, make the user delete the message that shares the file in the meeting.
