Meeting Started Notification in Teams Web Client

Hi,

I have noticed that this option is only available in the desktop app and not the web client. We have users that are unable to use the desktop app and would like to have this feature enabled in the web client. Is there a reason this is not available, or is there a work-around to be able to enable banner notifications for meetings started in the MS Teams web client?
