Meeting Policy or a other way to resolve issues for "stupid" users

Hey everyone, 

Hope someone can help 🙂 Is there a way to change the Record Policy on Meetings that not everyone who get a invitation automaticly get access to the Record? The Problem is most of the time someone add others to a meeting they talk about some stuff and then someone Say hey hey Peter, can you quick stay in the meeting we have to talk about something .. Everyone is leaving but the Recording can be later watched 😉 i hope you understand what i mean .. Yeah, start a new call would be smart but sometimes they don't think about it .. 

So for us the best option is that only the Meeting Organizer have access to the Record and can share it over the Stream to others when needed ...
