Meeting Notes Lag/Delay

Hello folks,

I hope you all doing well.

 

I just wanted to make sure of something related to Meeting Notes in MS Teams. I noticed that there is a delay between the time the note is sent and received by the attendees, is that right? For example, if I write a note during the meeting “hi, this is for testing” and send it, it will take some time maybe about 1 min or more till this note appears to the meeting attendees? I just wanted to make sure of this as I am thinking that this might be a problem related to our company security firewalls or something like that!

    Hi hsnsm 

     

    This seems to be an issue with the Microsoft Teams and the Network through which you are connecting. Would recommend to login through the Open Internet and see if you are able to reproduce the issue. In case this turns out to be the Network Related issue you can ask your company IT Team to allow the following setting on the Network.
