Meeting minutes in OneNote with Action Items and create directly a Task or workpackage in Planner

Hi All, 

If iam writing my meeting minutes in OneNote and I do have several Action items for Person A, B and C. Is there a possibility to create directly from the OneNote Plane Text Action Item an task/working package to Planner with a mouse click or something similar and asign it directly:

1. to the right bucket

2. to the right person 

3. due 

Or do I need to create manuelly my task within Planner again?
