Managing Meeting Recordings

Hi all,

 

Currently looking into enabling meeting recording for Teams. I did a little research on Stream but it is not clear to me how we can effectively keep track of recordings and monitor the situation.

 

Something that happened with our early adopters is that they end up recording a lot of meetings without reasons. How do you manage retention/data management with recordings in your organization? (Or generally with Stream)

      Thanks adam deltinger for the fast response.

       

      I did notice the uservoice for this feature but it's probably not coming very quickly. How do you manage this problem in the meantime?
