Make the conversations in Team look like chat

Currently the way conversation look in a Team are too different from how they look in the chat, making people just ignore talking in the Team and prefer the chat. Same thing to how notification works and the fact that the layout doesn't use something like drag and drop panels that would enable actually overseeing everything.

Can't you just copy Slack or Discord in the conversation inside a Team? Currently layout is really unfriendly.
