Macbook performance goes down while sharing the screen

I'm using Macbook MS Team, Whenever I shared the screen and try to reload a page its get stuck, NOthing wrong with Internet speed as voice works without any break as well not showing any indicator as slow internet. I'm so confused now because everything work normal but only the websites goes slow and not refreshing
