Mac Client 1.5.00.33356 - Trouble Injecting Images Into Group Chats

Been having some issues since upgrade to 1.5.00.33356 with uploading/inserting images to group chats.

Have tried everything I can think of to fix including removing all of the plist and application support files in the libraries, reinstalling etc.  It will fix the ability to send the images for one time only and then break again, leading to an error msg that says "Failed to Send".
