Looks like the "share content from camera" option has been removed in the New Microsoft Teams app?

While working at home I use a dedicated PC to aggregate audio & video for recording and video conferencing. On the old Teams for Work app I could "share content from camera" while in a meeting which ...

Pretty cheap, but takes up a display head and a physical display connection. Note that Nvidia & Intel GPUs limit you to 4 display heads. AMD typically allows for 6, and macs are all over the place. 1-8 heads depending on the product segment.

 

You also have to deal with positioning the fake display within your operating system's display settings. As far as I know, none of them support HDCP. Which will nerf quality on Amazon Prime video or Netflix when the emulator is connected.

 

Once you have all that figured out it's usable, but it's far less preferable to OBS Virtual Camera.

I'm using an Nvidia graphics card and only one monitor. So, maybe your solution would work fine. I'll keep it in mind if Microsoft eventually decides not to restore the "Content From Camera" feature back into the software. Thanks.
