Logitech TAP Scheduler Teams panel - "Your current license is not supported on this device"
Hey, an update on my findings and how we moved on.
We've found that the compatibility of our devices with Microsoft licensing is contingent on firmware. Every device that hadn't been updated with the latest firmware worked flawlessly. However, upon upgrading the firmware, we encountered licensing roadblocks that prevented further use of the devices.
Logitech, unfortunately, didn't provide us with the option to revert to the previous firmware when we were still trying to diagnose the problem.
I've opened a separate ticket with Microsoft to challenge their decision to restrict access to the basic check-in panel feature. It's particularly frustrating because competitors offer equivalent functionality at a much lower cost, yet Microsoft has not responded to my queries.
We now use a third-party service.

Zeyron Im having the same issue. I have conference rooms that use 2 Tap Schedulers, I applied the Pro license but only 1 Tap scheduler will sign in.

I have added shared license but it still doesn't work. Do you have it combined with Basic license or solo? NExt step is pro, but seems like an extreme cost for something basic like this. - drewferorsOct 26, 2023Copper ContributorI've just been wrestling with this also.
When the firmware upgraded they all stopped working.
I had to get the "Microsoft Teams Shared Devices" license added to our tenant for it to work.
Saves the larger cost of the pro teams license. But it still costs a bit.
We dont run anything teams based in room, just the TAP Scheduler outside the room
