Hi John, we have this issue as well. Panels and all of the equipment worked fine for 4 months and then suddenly the panels stopped working. I have an ongoing case with Microsoft but they're very slow, we've been troubleshooting for at least 2 months now and no progress...JohnDoe06

MaartenvandeWiel Yes, we needed to upgrade to the Pro-licenses to get it to work. When I told the technician that it worked flawlessly for 4 months without the Pro-licenses, he couldn’t give me an answer on why that was.

Logitech Tap IP VR0029 with Microsoft Teams 1449/1.0.96.2023062301 installed and worked flawlessly here too. Once we decided to reset the device, with the same Microsoft Teams Essentials, and same room account, the device now show the "Your current license is not supported on this device" error. The other 2 devices installed, are currently running with no issues at all... Bugged?
