I have a system with dual 4K monitors and a Lenovo PC utilising a Logitech TAP controller. Once the system goes to sleep and wakes back up, the image goes nuts. There is only partial image on the TAP controller, and the image on one of the screens has a strange arrangement. Basically it's all just jumbled. A reboot works but again once it goes to sleep, the issue manifests on wake. I literally just got a couple of EDID emulators and it worked! Tested several times and problem solved! Give it a shot because Teams only supports 1080p.
