Logitech Rally/Tap with Windows. Devices stuck on blank screen after nightly reboots

This one from Logitech
- Disable Morden standby:
Here's the command we need to enter:
- First, navigate to the Administrator side of the NUC
- Then, open the command prompt as an administrator
- Once in, enter this command
PowerShell
reg add HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power /v PlatformAoAcOverride /t REG_DWORD /d 0
2. Power settings:
- Device Manager - Expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers - All USB hubs ("Intel USB3.1 eXtensible Host Controller”, "USB Mass Storage Device", "Generic USB Hub", "USB Root Hub USB 3.0")- Right-click select Properties - Power Management Tab to uncheck "turn this device off to save power".
- Open Windows Settings - Power and Sleep
Screen - Turn off after - Never
Sleep - PC goes to sleep after - set to Never
Select Additional Power Settings
Set to High Performance (or Ultimate)
Change Plan settings
Confirm Turn off the Display is set to Never
Confirm Put the computer to sleep is set to Never
Select Change advanced power settings
Select USB settings then disable USB Selective Suspend
Select PCI Express - Link State Power Management - set all to Off
- Device Manager- Expand Sensors - Double click on HID Human Presence Sensor - Click on the Power Management tab - Uncheck the box for "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” - Check box for "Allow this device to wake the computer." - Click OK - Restart the system
- If USB Selective Suspend is not found, please follow the below steps to bring the USB selective suspend back.
Press Windows key + R. This will open Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for ‘Run’.
In Run dialog box, type ‘regedit’ and hit Enter.
On the left hand pane navigate to: HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\2a737441-1930-4402-8d77-b2bebba308a3\48e6b7a6-50f5-4782-a5d4-53bb8f07e226
Now on the right hand pane right click on empty space and click on New and select DWORD (32-bit) Value (If "Attributes" exists as a DWORD file, jump to step 6)
Rename the DWORD file as Attributes
Double-click on the file and change the Value Data to 2
Restart the PC
Click on OK
Restart the PC.
3. Drivers:
- Install the intel driver and support assistant (Intel DSA) in the Windows Admin account run the Intel Device Driver Assistant to ensure that the NUC is running the most updated versions of all required drivers and BIOS.
Note: The driver/BIOS updates will require the system is rebooted several times so rerun the Intel Device Driver assistant several times to ensure they are all updated.

- Update the Displaylink device drivers -- Download the driver from https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/windows and Download DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows and install but make sure the Tap is connected and functional as these manage the Tap display.
- Device Manager- Expand Display adapters- Access Intel Iris XE graphics and check the driver version used, if NOT in 31.x version, please access Windows Options updates and install latest version v31.x
Restart the system and test

++ Change TV resolution to 1,920 x 1,080 coz Intel NUC only supports up to HD.
